H&M Foundation Impact Report - a report about hope and positive change

The H&M Foundation's first Impact Report covers the work we have achieved together with our experienced partners within our focus areas Education, Water, Equality and Planet, during 2013 - 2016.

The H&M Foundation is a non-profit global foundation, operating outside of H&M’s value chain with its own staff, strategy and board. Through partnerships with influential organizations around the globe, we work on a global scale for systemic change with transformative programs, and in local projects to directly address urgent needs.

Its work is focused on four areas: Education, Water, Equality and Planet. In addition to this, we can also provide emergency relief.

The H&M Foundation strives to be a catalyst for change and our strategy is based on three guiding principles:

  • Innovation — we approach challenges in new ways.
  • Involvement — we involve people in making a difference.
  • Impact— we seek to achieve real change.

This Impact Report covers the work of the H&M Foundation from October 2013 to 31 December 2016.
