Pakistan monsoon floods – two-month update
It has been almost two months since we we made a donation to the Red Cross/Red Cresent in response to the unprecedented monsoon floods in Pakistan, which affected 33 million people.
Efforts made by the Red Cross/Red Cresent includes:
- Distributing hot meals
- Dry ration packs
- Household essential items
- Family tents/shelter
- Safe drinking water
- Medical assistance through 12 Mobile Health Units
As sea-strength flood waters devastate Pakistan, the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement is tirelessly supporting the millions of people who have lost their homes, livelihoods and loved ones.
